Wang Cungang is an Adjunct Fellow at The Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is a Professor and Associate Dean of School of Political Science and International Relations, Tongji University. He is an Executive Director of China National Association for International Studies. His research mainly covers China’s contemporary diplomatic practice and theories, theories and approaches of international relations and strategic theories. He is the author of Strategic Environment and Chinese General Policy. He received his Ph.D. in law from Tianjin Normal University. From 2009 to 2010, he is a Visiting Scholar at The Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University.
