Li Hecheng (his real name: Cheung Ah-Seung) is an Adjunct Fellow at the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He specializes in network security engineering, business governance and development strategy, and policy consulting. Cheung-Ah-Seung was born in southern France and grew up on Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean. His father is ethnically Chinese and his mother is French. He majored in mathématiques supérieures et spéciales (higher mathematics) in France and in 2008, he went to Beijing to study Chinese at Beijing Language and Culture University and received a master's degree in business administration at Tsinghua University.
