Liu Kebing is an Adjunct Fellow at the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is Director of Hunan Peaceful Culture Research Base, Huaihua University. He received a master's degree in Chinese ancient history from Hunan Normal University. He earned his Ph.D. in history from Hunan University.
His research fields include Neo-Confucianism, ancient Chinese political thought, Chinese cultural history, and Hunan culture. He has published numerous works on Zhu Xi, a Chinese philosopher, politician, and writer of the Song dynasty.
