Jiang Peng is an Adjunct Fellow at the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is Associate Professor in Office of Situation and Policy, School of Marxism, Harbin Engineering University. His research focuses on strategic game in the rise of great powers. His works include Normative Changes and Reconstruction of Identity: the Methodical Reform of Rise Strategy of Great Powers in the Age of Sovereign None-Death (2015) and Case Studies of Decision Making in International Crisis (2017). He gained his bachelor's degree, master's degree and Ph.D. consecutively from Jilin University, majoring in international politics.
