Zhang Qile is an Adjunct Fellow of the Charhar Institute in Beijing. She is Lecturer in Institute of Human Rights, Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Her research covers human rights law, nomology and legal sociology. Her major work is Knowledge about Human Rights: Rights of Senior Citizens (2014) (one of "A Reading of Knowledge about Human Rights" book series). In 2016 she represented China Human Rights Research Institute in the 32th meeting of United Nations Human Rights Council.
