Wen Quan is an Adjunct Fellow of the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is Director of China Office of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), China Country General Manager of NTU Nanchuang Consulting Ltd. He is also Assistant to the Dean of China-Singapore Joint International Research Institute. His research covers communication science, foreign-related protocol and Singaporean social studies. His major work is International Business Etiquette. He gained bachelor's degree in history from Minzu University. Years later he gained master's degree in international studies from China Foreign Affairs University in 2001. From 2010 to 2011 he pursued master's degree in public management in Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
