Chen Xuefei is an Adjunct Fellow at the Charhar Institute in Beijing. She is an Associate Professor in Diplomacy and Head of the Public Diplomacy Teaching and Research Section of the Public Diplomacy Research Center at China Foreign Affairs University. Her research interests focus on comparative culture studies, public diplomacy and social psychology. She teaches undergraduate courses on public diplomacy, inter-cultural communication, interpersonal communication psychology, managerial psychology and public speaking. She also teaches a course on international political psychology in the master’s program. She completed her Ph.D. in psychology of gender at Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007. She acquired her master's degree from Peking University in 2004, and bachelor's degree from Shandong Normal University in 2001.
