Zhang Peng is an Adjunct Fellow at the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is Associate Professor at the School of Business and Management, Shanghai International Studies University. He is also a Research Fellow in Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. He specializes in public relations, public diplomacy and public diplomacy. His writing has been published in International Review, China Scholars Abroad, and International Politics Quarterly. He has presented his work at numerous conferences throughout China, as well as at Lancaster University’s Sociology Summer Conference in Lancaster, England. He obtained a BA in agricultural economics from Yangzhou University in 2008, MA and Ph.D. in international politics from Shanghai Foreign Studies University. He also studied at Freie Universität Berlin, Germany.
