Charhar Public Diplomacy series
Pan Deng is an Adjunct Fellow of the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is an Associate Professor at Institute of Comparative Jurisprudence of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and Deputy Executive Director of Center for Latin American Law and Public Policy Studies. He is a Fellow at Center for Chinese and Latin American Law Studies of Chinese Society of Law, and Center for Proof of Laws, East China University of Political Science and Law. His research focus is Spanish and Latin American laws. He has translated a complete system of Spanish and Latin American laws and has published a book named Understanding the Rule of Law in China (2012).
