Song Ki-Ga is an Adjunct Fellow at the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is Visiting Professor of Hyupsung University and Adjunct Professor of Kyonggi University teaching public politics. He is Representative of Korea Institute of International Cultural Communication. He is also President of Youth Federation of Southern Gyeonggi Province. He published Yi San: A Politician of Integration (2013). He graduated from Gyeonggi University with a bachelor’s degree in 1984 and received Ph.D. in public administration in 2006 from the same university.
