 Li Chenyang is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is Director of Social&Humanities Science Research Affairs Office and Director of Insitute of Myanmar Studies at Yunnan University. He received his master degree from Peking University and his Ph.D. in history from Yunnan University. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Annual Report on Myanmar National Situation 2011-2012, 2012-2013, and 2015. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Myanmar: Prospects for Change (Singapore: Selected Publishing, 2010) and Myanmar: Reintegrating into the International Community (Singapore: World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd., 2016).
