Zhang Xinghui is an Adjunct Fellow at the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is the CEO of Flow Group. From 2000 to 2005, he was a doyen journalist of China Youth Daily to work in the United States. From 2007 to 2014, he was a doyen journalist of China Youth Daily to work in the Europe Union. His research mainly focuses on American Studies and China-U.S. relations. He is the author of Can China Surpass the United States. He received his BA in English from Shanxi Normal University. He received his MA in international politics from Peking University.
