Charhar Public Diplomacy series
Wang Jin is an Adjunct Fellow of the Charhar Institute in Beijing. He is a Research Fellow of Center for Syrian Studies, Northwest University, Research Institute of the Development of Central Plains Economic Zone, Center for China and Globalization, and Asia-Pacific Think Tank. He also serves as Special Commentator for CGTN, Shanghai Oriental TV and Chinese Radio International (CRI) English Channel. In addition, he works as columnist and Special Contributor for Lianhe Zaobao, The Paper, and so on. He mainly focuses on Middle East politics and foreign policy of Israel. His works include Middle East Studies In China: Achievements and Problems (2016), The US Withdrawal and Belt & Road Initiative: Chinese Concerns and Challenges in Afghanistan (2016) and Challenges and Adjustments: India’s policy to Afghanistan after 2014 (2017). He received his bachelor's degree from Henan University in 2009. Later he gained master's degree from China Foreign Affairs University. Currently he is a doctoral candidate in political science of Haifa University, Israel.
